Is it possible to use another kind of rom for spectrum (and clones) compatiblity?
In this case how can I use it having downloaded rom file?

Yes, you can load another Spectrum ROM files as 16K blocks. But you can use it if Sprinter hardware in Spectrum configuration is useful for this ROM.
For example, some features of Profi's ROM need the special hardware support. Maybe, it will not work.

Yes, Sprinter is multiform computer. But it means not only possibility to load different Spectrum ROMs. At first it is a possibility to load different versions of firmware. It means changing the hardware of Sprinter.
For example, Sprinter can has mode of Profi in Spectrum configuration (as Pentagon 512 or Scorpion 256). But it will need some changing of hardware for creation a new mode. Not only Profi's ROM in memory.
