You should update flash-ROM information by special programs from the our website (bios212.exe or bios300.exe).
Sprinter's flash-ROM include Sprinter BIOS and PLD contents (internal logic). Sprinter computer can be upgraded after changing the internal logic of PLD.
Number of Sprinter BIOS (for example, last version 3.00.253) include information about BIOS version and about changing of PLD contents. Today you can make choice between two versions of Sprinter BIOS: 2.12.251 and 3.00.253. It means different BIOS and different features of Sprinter computer.

Do I need any machine, like ROM-programmer to update Sptinter?

Yes, Sprinter Updates are free.
And you not need any machine to update Sprinter's Flash-ROM information. Execute BIOSxxx.EXE file and then use new features of computer.
