Sprinter and memory
|
| |
Hello! Great to see such a great russian product. I was hoping to buy a sprinter at some point and was wondering if the change to only 256k for video ram makes a big different in the operation and performance of the sprinter???
Its a really superb computer and I hope to buy one soon!! Thanks and take care!

Did you ask about second set of 256K video RAM?
Today, Sprinter need 256K vRAM only. It will use 512K vRAM for 640x256 video mode in 256 colours only. No more in our plan about usage 512K in next model of Sprinter computer.

Next model of computer will be use same mainboard Sp2000. The main feature of mainboard Sp2000 is hardware flex. We will use this feature for creation new models without replace mainboard.

ah thanks again. I think I got a bit mixed up. so any upgrades could be done by updating the os, etc? I had some trouble finding an AT case ready for it :) hopefully I will get my order in at the end of the month when im paid :)
