You can use any ISA-8 card with Sprinter... if you will have software support of it.

No problem!
Information about NIC chips (for example NE2000) you may found on National Semiconductor and over site.
But I think, on first time, may be develop some Sprinter Socket system (SSS:) and TCP/IP stack, based on modem transport.

If you are interested about internet connection with sprinter (and also other speccy clones) I am working on it (you can see my work on zx-box web site). For lan card support I know a guy that is writing new rom for ZX Spectrum +3 with a realtek NIC and support for it.
