about the path feature in the new disk subsystem...

it seems to be rather crappy. at least on my system, it changes the directory to the path after executing a path-program. it also changes the directory to path if you entered a command that doesn't exist...
i hope you can fix this to the next version...

It's a known problem. This feature came from DSS1, we have some software which used current directory as program directory and searching files there. It assumed that program launching in current directory only.
Therefore, we didn't make changes capable to entail incompatibility.
In 1.6-RC we added a new function APPINFO which allow to determine the program's directory. It can be used for the solving of this problem in the next versions of software. Also we are planning to implementation special compatible features which will help to solve the problems like this. If it's work will be completed soon then we add this in 1.6-Release or 1.61.
