Limited WarrantyPETERS Plus Ltd warrants that Sp2000 Mainboard, if properly used and installed, will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will substantially conform to available specifications for a period of one (1) year after the date when Sp2000 Mainboard was purchased (whether purchased separately or as part of a computer system).If Sp2000 Mainboard which is the subject of this Limited Warranty fails during the warranty period for reasons covered by this Limited Warranty, PETERS Plus Ltd, at its option, will: REPAIR Sp2000 Mainboard; OR REPLACE Sp2000 Mainboard with another Sp2000 Mainboard. PETERS Plus Ltd can make modifications for better quality of Sp2000 Mainboard without inform the buyer. This limited warranty does not cover damages due to external causes, including accident, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation, or improper testing. To obtain warranty service for your Sp2000 Mainboard, you may contact your seller or you may contact PETERS Plus Ltd.
